RCHANA SINGH, a disciple of Late Shanti Sharma of Kirana Gharana, obtained her Sahitya Alankar degree from Hindi Vidyapeeth, Bihar and Post Graduate Diploma in Music from Shriram Bhartiya Kala Kendra, New Delhi.
One of today’s brilliant and serious exponents of Hindustani Classical Music, Biswajit Roy Chowdhury stands out not only for his singular commitment to music, but also for his conscious combination of all that is the best in the Indian musical tradition. Initially groomed in music by his father, he learnt Sarod from Pandit Indranil Bhattacharya in Kolkata and subsequently from Ustad Amjad Ali Khan in Delhi. He thus received training in both the major schools of Sarod-playing – Maihar and Gwalior. He received advance training in music from legendary vocalist Pandit Mallikarjun Mansoor, and also learnt briefly from Vidushi Sumati Mutatkar and Pandit Balasahab Poochwale.
He has learnt Hindustani classical music from Pandit Madhup Mudgal. He is Sangeet Visharad (equivalent to B. Music) in Hindustani Classical Music from Akhil Bharitya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal, Mumbai and is a registered Teacher/Examiner at The Mandal.
DHEERENDRA TIWARI, a disciple of renowned guru of Jaipur Gharana, Pandit Rajendra Gangani, has been trained at the Kathak Kendra, National Institute of Kathak Dance, New Delhi. Earlier, he was initiated into dance by Ruchi Sharma and Taposh Giri in Agra. He has been a recipient of scholarships from Delhi Sahitya Kala Parishad and from Kathak Kendra where he completed Diploma Honours, and studied upto postdiploma level. He has also learnt Hindustani vocal music and Yoga.
JUSTIN McCARTHY (Visiting Faculty) is a dancer, musician and choreographer. He has taught Bharatanatyam at the Kendra since 1990 and has choreographed many works for the Bharatanatyam dancers of the Kendra. Apart from creating innovative performance experiences, he also engages with dance through writing, speaking and film-making.

Raj Kumar Sharma joined Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra in 1989 as a young Chhau student under Guru Alakh Niranjan Bisoi and Guru Shashidharan Nair. He also learnt contemporary dance under Daksha Seth and Astad Deboo.

Sudha Mukhopadhyay is an Odissi performer and teacher. She is thedaughter of senior Pakhawaj player of Delhi, Shri Gandhi Mallik. Sudha has been studying Odissi since 1992 under Smt.Madhavi Mudgal at the Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi.She has attended dance workshops conducted by Guru KelucharanMohapatra and other leading gurus like Guru Leela Samson and Guru Banamali Maharana.
